This policy covers afterhourssites.com and the websites we build and host for client businesses. Short version: we collect what a booking needs, we send it to the business you asked to book, and we do not track you.

What we collect

• When you request a booking or send a message on a site we host: your name, phone number, email if you give it, service address if the job needs one, and what you told us about the job.
• Standard server logs: IP address, time, page requested. These exist for security and debugging and rotate out automatically.
• If you email us: your email and whatever you wrote.

What we do with it

Booking details go to the business you are booking with, and a copy lands in our systems so the request cannot be lost. We use it to route the job, run the service, and nothing else.

What we never do

• No advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, no pixels. This site sets no cookies at all today.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
• We do not send you marketing because you booked a plumber.

Who touches the data

Our infrastructure providers process data to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and our email provider (delivering booking notifications). Each acts under its own contractual data terms. The business you booked with receives your request directly and is responsible for how it handles it from there.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept while the client business is on the service, so their history stays intact, and are deleted when the account closes or on request.

Your choices

Email emiliano@plazatech.llc to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, and we will handle it within 30 days. Texas residents can raise concerns with the Texas Attorney General if we get it wrong.

Children

Our sites book home services. They are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it and material changes are noted on this page.
