Terms of Service

These are the terms for websites and related services sold under the After Hours Sites brand by PlazaTech LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Buying a site, paying an invoice, or telling us in writing to start work means you agree to them.

What we do

We build and run a website for your business: design, hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, and a booking flow that sends job requests to you. Some clients add extras such as after-hours phone answering; anything beyond the site is quoted and agreed separately in writing before it starts.

Price and payment

• Setup is a one-time fee, due before the site goes live on your domain.
• The monthly fee covers hosting, SSL, monitoring, the booking flow, and one round of edits per calendar month.
• Service is month to month after setup. Fees are due in advance and are not refundable once a month has started.
• If a payment fails and stays unpaid for 14 days, we may take the site offline until the account is current.

Edits

One round of edits per calendar month is included: things like new photos, hours, prices, staff, or service descriptions. A round is one batch of changes submitted together. Unused rounds do not roll over. Work beyond the monthly round, or work that amounts to a redesign or a new feature, is quoted separately before we do it.

Your content, your domain

• Your business name, photos, text, reviews and logo stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you give us.
• Your domain is registered in your name. If you leave, it goes with you.
• The software, templates, designs and tooling that run the site are ours and stay ours. You get the site; you do not get the factory.

Leaving

Cancel any time with written notice (email is fine). The site stays up for thirty days after your last paid month so you can move it, and we will hand over your domain and content without games. No exit fees.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise to run the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not promise a specific search ranking, a number of calls, bookings or jobs, or uninterrupted availability of things we do not control (your registrar, your phone carrier, the internet between them). The service is provided as is beyond what these terms state.

Liability

If we get something wrong, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Housekeeping

• We may update these terms; material changes will be sent to your contact email at least 14 days before they apply.
• These terms are governed by Texas law, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts sitting in Harris County, Texas.
• If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
